FAQs
FAQ- What if I lose my wand, it's damaged, or I want to keep it? --Totally understandable. If the wand is damaged beyond repair, lost or you want to keep it, you won't receive your deposit back. You won't owe for the full amount of a brand new wand. If the wand can be repaired then you'll receive your deposit back.
I lost the shipping box and/ or I lost the label. --Please email us and we'll be happy to email you a printable label. The wands should be fine being shipped back in bubble wrap and a bubble mailer that you supply if the original box is lost.
What if I want a wand you don't have? --Please contact us and we'll see what we can do about getting the wand in for you.

The Avery family, a branch of the famous Ollivander family tree, has embarked on a wand rescuing mission. Our family line has always had a special love and affinity for wands so we hate to see wands gathering dust. We look for these forgotten wands and match them with people like you who are visiting a wizarding park. Once you’ve returned home, simply ship the wand back via the post and receive your deposit back.

Interactive Wands at the park are $65 each
Our wands are $35 up front with $15 returned to you once the wand is returned for a two week rental. Shipping costs are estimated at $20. An upfront cost, final cost, and cost at the park is below.

- Throughout the wizarding areas of the park there are areas where you can feel part of the story and cast spells. Each wand movement and area has a different outcome so try them all. With your rental a map of spell locations will be included.
