Fleur Delacour

This wand is 9½ inches, made rosewood, Veela hair. The Veela hair was donated by Fleur's grandmother. Ollivander described the wand as "inflexible". Veela hair is often considered temperamental and would need a disciplined wizard in order to fully appreciate the wand's strengths. This wand was made in France by Cosme Acajor.
